They are realtor who has been doing real estate coaching for more than 10 years and are very passionate about teaching and helping professionals to achieve their goal in the real estate sectors. Real estate is a regulated profession in Ontario, Canada. All salespersons and brokers must be registered with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). The Real Estate Salesperson Program, delivered by Humber College; however, SAR Real Estate Academy prepares you to go through the license examination for all 5 courses and elective courses as well. SAR will provide adequate skill training in the real estate field and provide sample examinations to cover all the concepts in-depth which will help you easily to score your exams with knowledge and high level of confidence. About Our Coaching Instructors
All our instructors are real estate and/or mortgage brokers holding university degree in law,math,technology, business or real estate. They all have extensive experience; some of them have more than 30 years of experience in real estate coaching.
We have been assisting students to get their real estate salespersons &broker’slicenses& mortgage agent license in Ontario for more than 5 years. From Admission Test to Real Estate Broker Course, including Course 1, Course 2, Course 3 (Residential), Course 4 (Commercial), Course 5 (Property Law), Principles of Mortgage Financing, or Principles of Appraisal and Real Estate Broker Course. We provide one on one coaching or group sessions. Many students pass their exams with their first attempt!
Instead of going through the entire Humber textbooks at multiple times, our instructors will explain the relevant sections and important topics that you need to know. We provide you with sample exam questions and answers compiled from the most recent Humber exams.
