Humber Real Estate College provides all real estate registration courses on behalf of the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). Humber is the only agency authorized to test for, and issue, real estate licenses in Ontario.
All applicants for a real estate license must be registered with Humber . Real Estate Tutoring classes will supplement to Humber training. Our coaching is provided with the relevant components of the Humber curriculum in order to pass the exam with high rate of success.
You can start at different time point. We provide fast track/crash courses for those who are in urgent needs. Please contact us for more details. Please register with Humber for the examinations and books.
Most of our students pass exams the first time more than 90%. For the small numbers who do not pass exam at the first time, additional support will be provided.
We provide sample questions based on past experience and graduates ‘current exam scenarios. Humber chooses questions randomly for each course and we do our best to ensure our students are prepared from all directions.

Attend a free introductory session if you want. In the first class, you will determine your comfort level with our format and material. In addition, you will be exposed to some sample questions and answer.
